    Default "Wrapped In Bacon"

My chef is at a bridge party, so I cooked up some Jalapeno Poppers, Yum!

    1. Half, the clean pepper of seeds and that other stuff.
    2. Fill pepper halfs with cream cheese
    3. Wrap in bacon, the toothpick bacon to pepper
    4. Place on cookie sheet
    5. Cook @ 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Recipe, Just in case some you hard tails need some snacks.

I do the same thing, but on a smoker. Lay a fresh shrimp in there and then wrap it up with the bacon. Works nicely.
