    Default Enid 7/20/16

Well I have to say you catch a lot of fish at Enid. 40 plus with 1 keeper at 14 inches. Fun to watch the poles bend and learning with my new crankbait fishing.

I know what you mean, bowhunter. I caught 10 times the crappie out of a 14' Duracraft than I have caught since I bought this red 17 1/2' bass tracker. I think they are afraid of red.

Enid sure has a good seed crop for the future!Catchin is a whole lot of fun. Was yall cranking or rigging?I could not beg a fish on a crank at Butla the other day after pushing most of the day but when I switched to rigging I started getting bit but I just ran out of daylight. Thanks for the report!

They were all on crankbaits and we caught them from one end of the lake to the other. Had 20 feet of line out to 120 feet using bandit 300s. Strange thing was that the deeper baits caught the smallest fish. Go figure.
