Default 7/2 Taylorsville lake fishing report

Started fishing @ 6 am this morning cool air temps water temps 84 degrees per electronics calm wind with stained water launching out of settlers trace folks the bite is subdued we started by fishing 8 poles spider rigged at depth from 8ft to 18 ft fished several flats ledges , pointes finally found fish in mouth of creeks on under water brush piles suspended at 17 ft decent numbers showing fished with tuxedo/chartrues mr crappie joker rock port rattler black jig heads tipped with minnows and chartrues rock port rattler heads tipped with minnows caught 21 short fish and 2 9 inch fish tried switching jigs and fishing strictly minnow Riggs with no better results with 2 hours left and boat traffic beginning to increase we headed to the deeper channels of the lake putting 4 rods out the back and 2 out each side pulling 200 & 300 crankbaits in chartrues , midnight , orange crush , bluegrass, fire tiger, yellow perch color we began almost immediately picking up fish catching three 9 inch fish on the midnight special color cranks switched out some of the others to this color ended up our day due to lake traffic with 8 keepers 6 10" fish and 1 11" and 1 12" folks this weekend either fish very very early or wait out the weekend the traffic is overwhelming and needing to cover lake to find scattered fish is not a good combo on this lake hope this report helps

Others have switched to the "Forum Runner" app ... once the Tapatalk app started causing them grief.

I believe these apps have programs that work for both Iphones and Android phones.

All I know about using the cell phones for picture posting on here is: you log in direct through the app - you use the "paperclip" icon to put the pictures in the message (as an attachment) - you have to have the option on your phone to take pics in "landscape" mode, or figure out which way to turn your phone when taking a pic, otherwise your pics won't post in the upright position (regardless of what they look like on your phone). They just don't translate correctly to this system, for some reason, and end up a 1/4 turn to the left. If/when that happens, I tell people to tilt the phone to the right when taking the picture, and it will right itself when posted on this site.

The "Test Forum" is a good place to test out how things will look / turn out when posted. Or you can always use the "Go Advanced" button and then the "Preview Post" button to check the outcome of your pics/message before you click on the "Submit Reply" button.

You might also find some pertinent information in either one of these two threads :

I don't use my cell phone for anything but a phone, texting, and taking pics to text to people in my address file. If I intend to take pics to post on here ... I use a digital camera and save the pics on my computer's Pictures File or the hosting site, Photobucket.

If this info doesn't work out for you, I'd PM one of the guys (like "G", for instance) that does use their phone to post pics/messages ... and tell them what phone you have & maybe they can give you a step by step procedure that will work.
