    Default Yep, still biting! "Santee"


    The day started so poorly, with so many people on the water I almost gave up before I got started good. The bite was sporadic, a couple off one brush, then several with nothing. A straggler here and there then all of sudden you realize you got a box full of fish. It took a while, but I ended up catching a nice mess of fish. All fish caught with a single long rod, jigging brush. The fish were holding deep, and tight but the quality was good. Pink/green was best color.

    Way to go Tim! Those look like some really nice fish! What was the biggest one? I really need to try that one time. Oh yeah next time you talk to Tommy tell him I ran into an old friend of y'alls, Judson. He told me of an old fish story when y'all were younger it was hilarious. Thanks for the report and pic.

    I didn't weigh any Mark, but feel certain I had a couple of 2 lb. or a little better. I'll pass on the info to Tommy as well. Thanks
