    Default Catfish King becoming Crappiejim


    Well, I woke up late today but it was no wind so i decided to go to the rez and pull some crankbaits.
    Got there about 9:45 and was fishing by 10. Caught about 15 crappie and only 4 catfish. Maybe i'm turning the corner on this catfish thing. lol

    Our catfish numbers were way down yesterday, not a bad thing.

    You did really good! I was there at daylight and fished everywhere I knew from 3 prong all the way back to tommys and only caught 3 perch and 6 cats. I was spider rigging so maybe cranks are the ticket. I have no idea how to use them so i will stick to the jigs but the heat is just about to get unbearable to me.
