Ft. Gibson Vacation
For those that don't keep up with me on Facebook I thought I'd share. I only have limited photos that I posted on FB but had more except my phone decided to quit working the day I got back home when I decided to go to Draper to scan it. I didn't realize that my phone had slipped out of my pocket and was in water that collects at my transom. Needless to say I lost all my contacts and pictures. Anyhoo here is what I have. I couldn't have picked a better week than last week to go to the lake. Almost everyday was next to no wind and sunny. I caught a ton of fish and my 3 and 6 year old did too. Johhny Shad and I placed 8th in the tourney. Didn't matter what color I threw in the lake, the fish bit it. Monday - Thursday I dipped submerged trees and laydowns in the main lake. Friday and Saturday Johnny opened up my world to the river and how he attacks it. This was valuable info I soaked up that will be used until I die! I learned alot from him Friday and Saturday. On Tuesday my daughter caught the biggest crappie and my boy caught his 1st crappie casting and dragging. Picture time!

Awesome time with the family I hope Travis. Sometimes it's just the simple things that we seem to forget. Always keep family involved in what you love to do and most important is you teach those kids about the great outdoors. It will last a lifetime. Thanks for sharing, love seeing the kid pictures.
