    Default Enid trip day one

It is the first time that me and the wife have fished ever fished Enid got on the water around 6. We pulled crankbaits till 12. Ended up with 6 keepers with about 40 throw back. The biggest was right at 14. Came in for lunch and to cool off and maybe a nap then went back out around 5 till 8 . The wife wanted to spider- rig. So that's what we did and picked up 25 or 30 short fish. Most of the short fish was over 11 but not more than 12. I will tell you it is hard for this Kentucky boy to throw back a 12 inch fish. I think we are going to fish Enid this morning and maybe try Granada in the afternoon.

Will those 11.75 fish measure 12 this fall??? If so it should make for some full stringers. Or will they still be 11.75??
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
