    Default Crankin' Larto Round 2, 6-8-16


    Went to Larto today; different day, different results.

    Bluebird sky, East wind and the back side of a HIGH pressure system didn't make for good fishing. Missed 6 or 8 hook-ups. The three that I did catch were all lip hooked. They didn't inhale it like last week. However, it was a learning experience. The fish were deeper and wanted different colors. Caught all three fish on Sun Perch. Missed hook-ups were on River Bream and Crossbreed. Until next time....
    Only need three more years before I can think like a fish.

    Or at least that is what I have always heard. Of course I go when I get the chance no matter which way the wind is blowing unless it is blowing 15-20. LOL.

    Yep, that sounds like Larto! I have fished it one day and caught almost a limit and go back the next day and barely catch 3! Still love that lake though!
