Hot & windy day on Taylorsville ...
My partner and I ended up with 7 keepers ... 5 of which had to be measured to be sure.
Probably caught twice that many dinks, though I am glad to see that there are some still swimming in the lake. Nothing picture worthy, so no pics taken.
Water color was almost all over the chart, from the normal lightly stained greenish color to fairly muddy in some areas we fished.
Most "keepers" were caught before noon, @ 8-10ft deep over 12-14fow (over blowdowns). A couple of decent sized White Bass were also caught, as was about a 13" Bass.
Colors that produced .... blue/char early - yellow/char later in the afternoon.
Water temps started at around 77.6 when we arrived, and topped out at 81.8 by mid-afternoon.
All fish released to fight another day !!
