Caught a few fishing with my neighbor, ceegee, in his boat. He was not planning on keeping any, so I kept the ones we could. 5 sac's, 1 bass,2 bream and 1 goggle. No live bait. Had some cut up hot dogs to bring, but forgot them. A lot less messy than worms. Made a nice mess of filets and will cook them for my MIL on saturday. We pic her up friday. She will spend a few days with us. Getting closer to 100 years old everyday. Just 80 days to go.
Also, saw a guy who likes shiners a lot at the landing loading his boat. Surprised he was on the water till almost 1 pm. He had a few. Maybe he will post a pic. I did not take any pics. I did leave the fish in the shop fridge over night and cleaned them this morning. Then I recycled the heads and other parts to the ditch to feed the crawfish/turtles.
