Here is an si and di pic of big Gills at Dale Hollow....and should anyone want to know how I know those are Gills....that is what I caught as I went through them. I drift a Trout Magnet on a 3/32 ounce jig head through them. I have since learned that is too much weight...I have switched to a 1/16 ounce head and if the wind is not pushing me in the direction I want to go I use the trolling motor on a very slow speed. The iPilot lets me record the track and if it is productive I just hit "track to start" or "track to end" and go right back over them. I will post more on this as the summer goes along. I am determined to get those Gills at Dale Hollow.
Regards.
