Thread: Good Morning to be OTW

Took a friend for a ride on the Sea Dancer this morning at Harris. Nice morning to be on the water. Parking lot was well used and people at ramps were all nice and knew what the were doing. My friend wanted to try the Shellcrackers and so we did. We had Shellcrackers, white perch and catfish. By 10am the sun and pleasure boaters told us it was over. We kept 24 for the fish fry and released several. Next trip at night for crappie.

I understand the dust storm. It will be nice if they pave it. I like it because it forces me to make a decision where to fish soon after I get on water.

Good report! Last time I was at Harris it appeared that "they" were preparing to pave the gravel road from the main road to the ramp area (southern ramp). That will be nice - not dealing with the dust storm kicked up by passing trailers! It sure has become a popular ramp.
