Unless you are fishing very clear water go with hi vis. The only time I use low vis is for very very clear water.

Hi Vis yellow on jig poles, minnow rigs and spinning rods with no leaders. Haven't found it to effect the bite at all since I changed to it years ago.

Go with it, and don't look back, the fish do not care. Plus you can see it.

Always use hi-vis, been using it for at least 10 years, never felt like it was hurting my fishing, but I mostly fish stained water.
Hi-vis line scares fish ! last time I went it scared 28 crappie in the boat.

Fished clear water with it last week for the fisrt time was fishing for rainbow and brown trout caught more on high vis 6lb than on clear 4lb.
