    Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

    Is that not very tippy with that added height to that base? And also does that not make your feet dangle?

    Not to bad. It did fall over today but the back was up when we took off. My feet do dangle so I'm probably going to cut the legs a couple of inches.

    why not just ditch the pedestal??
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
