    Default Mud Marlin Tournament


    Who's In?

    What:     Catfish tournament
    When: Saturday, June 25th
    Where: anywhere you care to as long as can make it to the weigh-in on time
    Weigh-in: Lake Monroe park 11:00AM (too hot to stay longer)
    Entry fee: $5 per fisherman
    Rules: Weigh-in ONE catfish....
    Prize: Winner take ALL for the heaviest Catfish

    Lunch: Steak n' Shake....Sanford Mall (plenty of parking for our rigs)

    Things are getting back to normal for me and I plan to get back to posting, commenting, liking, and most of all fishing. This time of year I usually chase bream and catfish. That river holds some BIG kittys so I though we'd see what we come up with if anyone's interested. Hey Phantom I owe ya a trip....let me know!

    I never targeted the mud marlin before, just caught them as a by product of targeting other specie.

    Just some input.......The biggest cats I've ever heard of being caught were on live bait. Not many but very large.
