Tried to see what I could find on Lake Macatawa this morn. Talked to a local and he said I was about 2 weeks late on crappie spawn. Water temp was 69 deg. He validated what I heard before, that once spawn is over crappie are hard to find. Now I'm determined. Unless they leave to the big lake, they gotta be found, eh? Got a couple of these dragging minners...
