Thread: Planning on fishing @ Saltillo, TN on the TN River

Hey folks, I have been fishing lakes for the past couple of years and decided to go this weekend to the River and try it out, Any advice on fishing the River at Saltillo, I fish out of a Pontoon boat so I wont be going up the creek. I use to go there to ski but I have never fished the river there.

We decided to go to Savannah, TN instead, its just up river from Saltillo, we fished for about 5 hours, fish all over the sonar and didnt catch a single crappie, only one blue gill. here are some pictures from our day.
