I've met and had the pleasure of fishing with many CDC members. Glad to say I've learned something from everyone. Not one person I've fished with or met do I consider arrogant. That includes Josh! Confidence in ability and willingness to share information is not arrogance. To be able to catch the numbers he does using only a trolling motor is impressive. Josh maybe it's your long golden locks. I know of another pretty good fisherman with long hair. If I thought growing mine longer would help catch more crappie...heck I'd try it.

Heck, especially on the MS forum, they throw out so much "junk", I don't even know what an attack is and what is said it jest. The rule is, if the person you are posting to "interprets" it as an attack, then it's an attack. I occasionally will even ask the recipients of posts whether they felt something was an attack or not. Great post, Slab. I try to make sure that what I'm saying is said in a positive way or in a way that can only be interpreted as being humorous, but there have been several times that people have misinterpreted in a negative way I never thought of. That is a real downer, and calls for my apology. Paul said pretty much the same thing that you posted: Even if we see no wrong in something we say or do, we should respect the fact that others would consider it wrong, and refrain from saying or doing it.
