Bill, I've had hands on lessons from the pro himself and I still don't get it right most times. But you should get a lot more opportunities to practice than I do, you being the Mississippi crappie master and all.

Place your four biggest crappie belly to belly on a flat surface two for each hand, run your index fingers and thumbs up through the gills and slightly squeeze. Use your ring, index and pinky fingers to balance their belly evenly together for your pictures. Here is how your fingers will look from behind and how they should look for the pics. Keep trying budro you can do it.
FYI, my meltdowns are like "Nuclear Meltdowns". They are Major ones. Tempers on the waterTempers on the waterTempers on the water

I need a hands on lesson of "The Hold" tho. You make it look easy, but from my personal experience, It Ain't. Tempers on the water

My age, experiences, and growth in my Christian walk have helped me to put away most of that. By nature I do not like drama or stress and therefore avoid it. But I will admit a lot of it has to do with lowered expectations from people. I am not without a temper I do have manage it. But steadily the more I lean on God the less of me shows through.

Meltdowns are contagious Iv'e seen one partner start to have a meltdown and watch it carry over to his partner. I have seen them carry over from one boat to another. Example one day in the pool couple of guys were wearing them out anchored and throwing bobbers when two other guys saw them catching fish and tried to anchor near their spot and fish the same hole by anchoring across from them and casting into the same area. Well before long they started crossing each others line getting tangled and then the wind came up and blew them right into the area they were catching the fish from. That's when the meltdowns started, LOL they started cussing, yelling, at each other inviting each other to the bank and what not. Another guy started to have a meltdown yelling at them because he had his kids in the boat and let them know he did not appreciate their language. It was a meltdown Rodeo!!! The guy with his kids in the boat stopped a sure enuff fight between grown men on the bank over a fish, when he said "come on guys" I got my kids in the boat, that led to cooler heads and everybody went about their business.

I always like to pick up trash around launch sites. Got to one a couple of weeks ago & picked up all I saw before I put the boat in. Got back that evening and there was a folder & papers scattered all around where I'd cleaned up earlier. Started picking that up and realized it was course materials from an anger management class that someone had ripped up & thrown out the window. I guess that fella didn't pass the class with flying colors.

Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
