Thread: Memorial Day for my Super Pal Billbob and all my brothers

I was there and can say when that 707 left Saigon with me on board and got out of rocket range that was probably the best day of my life. A good friend was left over there and never found his body. God bless those who gave all.

Thanks to all the veterans past present and future. Prayers for the ones who paid the ultimate price for us all .

This is a day of remembrance that I always fall short of the right thing to say. How do I , who never had the chance to serve, thank someone who gave all for me, whom he never met. My thoughts are with all of you who left someone behind who covered you when you could not. Thank you one and all.
