From what I've heard Enid is the lake right now.

I fished Enid yesterday, and if it's better than the other lakes, it's a great time to garden.

All this advice to fishnb and no report back? Folks wonder why others have become tight lipped. No ill feelings toward fishnb. They might be busy catching so many don't got the time to report back. This stuff goes on all the time. Don't want any hot spots or honey holes. Just wanna catch a few big slabs for a cook out. Bringing my deaf mute long lost brother of 20 years on his death bed with 1 week to live. Stuff like that makes me laugh everytime. Again no ill feelings toward fishnb. Just wanted to put it out there on one of these kind of threads.

Fished Arkabutla Sunday and got 4 nice keepers and had one throw back. Should be a good year for butla once they get in the summer pattern

Well, here's how it went. Didn't make it to any of the big lakes. Kinda scared of the wind. Fished the lower lake at Sardis. Best bite for what it's worth, was just below the spill way. In a weeks time we caught 3 at 15.5"., a whole bunch of small crappie and cats, a couple of drum, a couple of UNWANTED Gar. We had a great time, but not enough to fry. All were caught on minnows around 3 to 4 ft. range at a slow troll. I will say this, you all have a beautiful state and you grow the crappie big. Thank you to everyone who helped us out!!! We will go back next year only a little earlier. FISH ON!!!!
