    While watching U-Tube Catfishing Videos . I saw a new I-Pilot on the Boat. When the Boat was launched - Push the button and the trolling motor automaticly lowers into the water then holds the boat in place while the truck is parked. Push the button again and the Boat comes to shore. then pick up the motor before it hits the beach.

    I have that same Minn Kota that you have on your link on my boat. Love the I-pilot but a pain to deploy and stow sometimes. Maybe just me.

    Yes....The Terrova is better about that. The new Ulterra does all that automatic at the push of the remote button.

    the ulterra would have to come on a new boat......Randy, the i pilot remote would negate the pain of the stow and deploy....my boat is not worth a >2000 $ TM......

    Save your money, get the Terrova, then move it when you get the new boat. The difference on the stow and deploy, plus being able to run a humminbird cable down the shaft are worth the dollar difference and the wait.
