Not sure you will get an answer from Jesse, as his last activity on the site was ~2yrs ago.

All the same ... I'll leave it active, in case someone else can answer your questions. Or, perhaps someone that knows Jesse will inform him of your interest.

CrappieHead, on the BBC forums there are couple of reports for the 961 Blackhawk, which is the same hull. One with a Merc 115 (not the new ProXS) runs 45 gps with 2 people and full load, this one also has 2 Talons on back. The other has a Yamaha 150 SHO, no jackplate, and runs 60 empty and 53 with 2 people and full load.

I have a 861 with a mec 115 loaded with more crappie crap that you would believe plus 100 lbs extra weight up front. With me and one more on flat smooth water, I get 40-41mph. However, it is rarely it goes that fast since I usually poke around slow. Most the time a short 5 min run and I got the trolling motor down covering water pulling cranks. Hope this helps. I'm very satisfied with my Wareagle. It's not perfect but neither am I. We just get er done together.

I have no plans for a new boat ... But if I did, it would be a Ranger RP190. With a Suzuki 90 or 115.
