I realize what a feat that is,I also know how hard they pull and it must of been a drag zinging day on 2lb. You the man.

A friend and I caught over 150 shellcracker today. Most between 10-11 inches...some went 12 inches. The lure of choice was a Bison colored Trout Magnet on a 1/16 ounce jig head with a #8 hook. These fish were in about 5 feet of water.....if you didn't use a very slow retrieve and keep it on the bottom, or close to it, they would not move up far to hit it. I used a Tict Ice Cube Rockin' Drift 6' 9" D Tor UL rod strung with 2# test Nanofil line with an 2# test Phantom fluro leader. The reel was a Daiwa Luvias 2004CH. The other rod I used was a Major Craft FineTail Banshee Area Trout rod 6' 5" UL. The reel was a Daiwa Certate 2004CH strung with 2# test SOS mono. It was a great day of drag pulling fun! Headed out to Dale Hollow on Friday...life is very good!
