I can understand the lack of success while trolling, seems odd the brush was void of all fish. Should of been some small fish if nothing else. At least your trying Brett. When not catching, you should be learning. Monitor water temps and clarity, barometric pressure, the position of the fish on the sonar. If I had to guess, I would bet the the fish were on the bottom, and deep in the brush. Not impossible, but much more difficult to catch.

I see the problem, you have to take the boat off the trailer. You can't fish the brush from the comfort of your computer.
You gotta have the hooks in the water

Brett, you need to go some night with us and you'll find it to be a whole lot different. You got the set up just add a light or 2.

I use to go stalking and it was fun but a little dangerous alone and riding on the lake in the dark
    Plus ramp crime
    Just sort of gave up

Did you bust your boat too? Duct tape on the deck. That stuff will fix almost anything but a bad day. Then again ......

Brett, we will protect you and you will not be by yourself. Most of the time we go out of Ebenezer, it has lights and has a gate.

    Yo
    That's not duct tape !
I completely sealed my crawl space a few yrs ago and had tape left.
BUT , it's holding down some grounding wires off the TM.

Darned, now y'all know how I can see all the fish I can't catch

Thats one reason I quit night fishing, the crime! They stole my tail gate off my new truck at norman one night, had plenty of light, some one saw them and called the law but when he got there it was too late. It was about 1 am, now when I go I'm protected! Day or night!
