Hello all, looking to get back to fishing. Moved recently and not familiar with the area. I live around Quintopn Ok and lake Eufaula.

Welcome Yeti, from a ex Okie. Born and raised out side McAlester. Get you a lake map if you can find one. Look for Gaines creek and Coal creek. Lots of good crappie fishing in those areas. Especially where the mouths of those creeks meet the lake. But when water is high enough to navigate plenty of fishing back in the creeks. Just be careful in main lake are of those creeks. Lots of rocks and obstructions around old road beds. But good fishing in those areas.

Thanks Cray, born and bred Okie myself. Originally from Northeast Ok. Just moved with wife down this way. Thanks for the info. I have the ability to print out my own maps. I'm a mapper/drafter.
