    Default Another good day

On the water 8am heading home at noon. WT 74. After finding them was able to limit out in about two hours. Started out on bottom in 10 feet but as the sun got higher they moved out deeper but still held at 10 feet. I am leaning so much about my Depth finder and how to read it. If I could give just one bit of advice to new crappie fishermen it would be get a good DF. It will be the best money spent next to a good trolling motor.

I have a hummingbird Helix 5 SM on the console and one up front for slow trolling. The Helix up front can be moved to the back when I am long lining. Before I made the investment all I had was what came with the boat and it su#ked.
