    Another Charles Biggers sighting.
    He was killing them in Little Allison , I was just watching .
    I think guys that catch tons of fish should pay a much higher fishing license fee!
    Anyway, I went to Big All, got a few nice ones
    1.3 and 1.4 lbs
    Sure thought they were Bigger!
