Default Spring Fling recap ... report/pics

Well, another Spring Fling is in the books, and a LARGE time was had by all !!

Great weather, food, fellowship, and sponsors made this event another wonderful experience for all involved.

    Attendance was ~45 people
Total number of fish caught by our attendees & cleaned by our expert fillet-masters (Tim/George) ... approx 250+

Special thanks to those that brought all the great food & dining items, to Chef Chucky for another great job of cooking, to our generous sponsors, and to all those that contributed their time & help (& $$) to make this event most outstanding !!

It was great to see everyone, and meet some of the first timers to our little get together event. Hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as Chucky & I enjoyed putting this event together. And thanks to my fishing partner, Paul, for taking over picture taking duties while I hosted the door prize drawing.

    OK .... here's the pics :

Our guests receiving their prizes :

And last, but not least, Chucky's grandson Jacob deciding which prize was his :

There will be another thread listing all the sponsors that donated these great prizes, but for now .... this is your humble host signing off, until next time.

I sure hate that We couldn't make it down. My New job doesn't have PTO so I have to spread my off time out. Coming down May 5-10 and hope to get into the gils and redears a bit.

Thanks to all the sponsors as well as Pappie and Chuckie. I'm looking forward to trying out some of these Slabanator jigs and this new rod.

The meal was terrific and a big thank you to Tim and the folks who cleaned the fish.

I really appreciate folks sharing stories and tips on fishing. I always pick up a couple tactics to try the next time I fish.

Everybody stay safe on the water and hope we get to do this for many years.

    Thanks again,

    Terry and family.

Had a great time. My grandson Christopher fished with Dockshooter (Bruce Salisbury) and myself. He loved the fishing and the prizes. He has already set up his own tackle bag. Christopher said the food was great especially Little Johns fudge which he made a meal of. Next year I will have to bring my other grandson Connor prob will have to bring both. Thanks to all for the great food and our sponsors. Name: image.jpg
