Thread: Couple of Trips

Fished about a half of a day Thursday and a full day Friday - with 2 totally different fishing experiences. Thursday morning took a little road trip - caught some pretty nice fish - all of them in deeper water (12-20 fow). Also, got to fish with one of the really nice C.comers (DKO and some of his family). Friday morning fishing was entirely different - we found some big males spawning on the bank. However, the water was clear enough that we had to tie on little floaters and pitch to them. Most of those fish were in 2-3 fow - sure had a good time. Called a buddy of mine yesterday morning and asked him if he wanted a cooler full of fish and he said "Is the pope catholic". Would someone please turn this one picture - couldn't get it to turn.

David and his wife are indeed very nice people. Glad you found some nice ones. Sounds like they just haven't really turned on there just right yet. I drove over the lake yesterday afternoon and didn't see a single boat fishing. I was surprised.

Bobby I don't know what is going on, the morning we were there I only counted three or four other rigs.
