"D" catches a boat load. Griffin will never be the same. He brought that Louisiana luck, and his own personal fishing skills down here, and I could feel Lake Griffin shakin' in its shorts.
Well, wasn't really like that. But we sure had a good time fishing, with very little catching. Couple Crappie and a Bass is all that old lake could muster.
Great to have you and Mae down here. I know my mom sure enjoyed Mae's company, and I certainly enjoyed yours. It's a heck of a coincidence Mae's moms birthday and my moms birthday are on the same day. My mom won't stop talking about that.

I had a great time also fellows. My catch rate was not too good, but my have fun rate was off the charts. Slab, Mae and I loved meeting "Mom" and "Wifey" and hope we have many more visits. Sorry about the hat on backwards, forgot to turn it back after that blazing high speed run we made. lol. Yall sure have some purty water over here.

have to agree with Slab and Huntin slabs, as Danny is a good guy to spend time with....he is patient and willing to share his experience and he has made me a better person and fisherman...he is a good friend....glad ya'll got to experience him and "that's how La. rolls"...LOL

Fishervet, I have tried 2 times in the past 5 years to relocate back to Louisiana. Jusg cant get the planets, stars, moon and sun to align. Not giving up but dern hard to make the transition. Now with grandkids, adds more to equation. Sure miss the people and culture. But this Florida is some dern good living too, but no crawfish or boudin!
