group 29 or 31 would be the best to use per request from Minn Kota !!! I am running group 29s with my Ulterra works great !!! as far as charging ; charge them individually get a good 3 bank charger that would do the trick !!!! congrats on a great motor !!!

Im running 2 of the group 29 Maxx batts on my 70# 24 v. tm. A three bank charger will hook to all three batteries and charge 'em all at once. I think anything less than a 3 bank charger for 3 batteries would be under powered and you wouldnt be happy.

What they said run a 3 bank charger to charge all 3 batt at same time. Do not try to charge just one batt and expect it to charge all 3. Can get a good charger for about $200.00. Love my motor
