    Default pro mar onboard charger problems


    I have no led light coming on when it is pluged up. It is 2015 model 2 bank charger hooked up by dealer, everything looks right by the prints i have with the paperwork . I am not very familiar with these any help would be appreciated

    Do you have a meter to check out put?

    Have you checked the extension cord to be sure you are getting power to it?

    cord works fine , i dont have a meter to check it . I used the same cord to charge with my old charger

    You really need some way to check out put voltage to see if it is working or not. Could be a light out or charger bad but impossible to know with out something to check. Do you have a depth finder that shows voltage, like a humminbird unit.

    First thing is to make sure you have power at the end of the cord. Plug something else in and make sure you haven't tripped a breaker or GFCI. After that, call the company or take it back to the dealer.

    I talked to the dealer and they are going to replace it under my warranty. I am about 5 hrs from my dealer they are going to mail me a new one and i am going to send the other back to them
