Default Cazan's Lake, Ville Platte 3/29/16

Caught a few on a late afternoon at Cazan's Lake. White perch caught on a blue/white jig titelined. Bluegill caught on a red Berkley Power Bait Honey Worm. Caught a few more, but just kept the real big ones. Lot of fun. Might go back this evening.

Dang. I still have not been due to this weather situation. Maybe Saturday if it's open.

Yea, Shadow, that reflection pic was cool. But I really didn't see it when I took the pic. Totally accidental. I tried to go back this afternoon, but the lakes were closed due to a downed tree blocking the roads. Power lines were also damaged and Slemco trucks messed up the roads.

Congrats on the catch.. I have gone out there twice and can't seem to find the right lake.. I think the one I fished was called Indian lake or something like that... Turned right just past the house where you pay the launch fee and went down a little ways and the launch was on the right.

that's it! I went back Thursday afternoon after some severe weather the night before, but the road to the lake was closed due to toppled tree on power lines. Slemco trucks fixed the lines and messed up the road real bad.
