Let's hope he don't break these like he broke the last thing they put in his neck. They put a titanium wishbone thingy in, and he snapped that thing right in half. Heavy duty stuff this time I hope.

Looks like the rods with places along the rods to place screws through. In our field it is abbrev. SOP, short for string of pearls.
