    Default goin over

This next rain gonna send it over the top!I just wonder how long this water sitting on that levee before it starts to weaken.I remember years ago Sardis had the same situation and we had to move my grandmother who lived in a fish camp south of the spillway because water had sat on the levee so long.

Don't know if you can get that far up with out the cotton mouths carrying you off. Should be some good fish out in them fields if you could fight off the snakes.

Rode by the spillway Sunday morning it was almost dry. Couldn't have been but 4 or 5 foot deep. And yes they are far up in the river.. buddy of mine was picking up good numbers way out east. I haven't seen the first (live) snake this year. Looks like with rain tomorrow and Thursday Butla will have to hold it for awhile longer. Fine by me, I'm having a good time in the backwaters.. just hope it doesn't jeopardize the levee.

I will trade someone my billion mosquitoes for a dozen or so cotton mouths... Lol
