I had to cover up my hop rizome shoots with mulch today. They have already started breaking ground and I didn't want them to get freezer burned. Anyone else grow thier own hops or brew thier own beer? Didn't get the garden in yet due to all the rain. It would have been flooded out if it would have already been planted. Too busy at work to fish, so a little delay in the action doesn't hurt my feelings too bad. As soon as it warms back up, the crappie will be ready and hopefully so will I!

How big is the greenhouse? Mine is 6X6X6, a 100 watt light bulb seat low keeps them warm enough.

I've Been homebrewing in Conway for more than 10 years now. Haven't grown my own hops yet, mostly due to lack of trellis space, but it's something I've been wanting to do. I've even got a five-tap kegerator in the garage with another chest freezer for fermentation, much to my wife's disapproval.

I use to brew about every weekend or so but the past year I've been out on the water every chance I get so my other hobbies had to take a back seat. Fishing or brewing beer, tough decisions in life.

You are more advanced than Dad and I. I bought him "a kit" about 3 years ago for his birthday. We might make 4 batches a year (mostly IPAs). I guess we are lightweights.freeze warning

I went to Hamilton this afternoon. Couldn't get my electronics to power up so I fished blind. I had on nice white almost to the boat, only crappie I saw. I caught 8 Kentuckys 6 bluegills.

What is the sphere in the middle of the structure made out of? Is that home made or comercial?
