    Default Lake secession today

I fished lake secession today and had the best day I have ever had on just catching fish. Probably caught around 75 to 100 with most being to small to keep. I brought home a limit with all being over 10 inches. At times I would have 5 rods with fish on at one time. Never went longer than 10 minutes without a bite fish still biting when I left. I was pulling 1/16 oz heads with Charley sliders and shad delecious jigs. Any color combo was catching fish. The big girls are still deep. Water temp was 70 when I left. Walked in water to load boat and not to cold.

Now you got me ready to make that long ride. I really like that lake. Congrats on the day. Hope to put them long rods of yours to use in a.m. on Wylie.

Nice catch Don. It's ALOT of fun when multiple rods keep bending over. I hope you was able to minimize the tangles. Thanks for the report.

Been like this for the past week or so for us. Glad you were able to get on them! I think I may have missed a good morning today but the "honey do" list was getting out if hand! Hopefully we will be back tomorrow or Monday!
