    I was trying out new unit and was not seeing any returns from middle of screen, so the next trip I turned on the old Mark X unit and was seeing objects on this unit, but not new unit , any one know where to start with this unit. I also tried the default setting. Transducer is mounted on trolling motor.

    1st start with Restoring Defaults under the Setup tab and test again ...

    Post some screenshots so we can see what you are seeing ...or not seeing ...
