    Default Few pics.

Report: Rode to Butla Sunday and took a few pics. Boy this high water may make finding the fish tough but it sure makes launching and reloading the boat a whole lot easier on us older folks!Water almost at the top of ramp. Just a few feet to walk back to truck!Lots of bank fishermen and women.Spillway shut down and river backed up almost to the top walkway!51 Hwy. closed north of Coldwater. Folks fishing backwater off 305 hwy. at 3rd ditch.Them sloughs just west of I-55 between the river and Coldwater exit ought to be kicking out some crappie I would think!Folks fishing all along Fog Rd. from the ditch south of Hurricane Cr.all the way down to where the fields end on the north side of Hurricane. If I don't have to work this weekend I may give it a try Sunday.

Very nice pictures. Just wondering, why did you put you're boat on the cement landing like that? Seems to me it would be tough on the hull.

Randy on the COE lakes here in MS.......All the banks near the ramps are covered with large rip rap rock.....so we have to park the boat on the concrete ramp

I talked to a guy tonight. They drove to the spillway and fished 2 hours without a bite. Stopped on Fogg rd and caught a cooler full of catfish in about 45 minutes in the field on the north side of the creek.

I'm glad she's high. Hope they keep her there. It'll save a ton of crappie's lives this year.

That was a older gentleman that had been running trot lines and had problems with his trolling motor. I asked him 3 times if he needed any help getting it back on the trailer. He said he didn't.
