Excellent fishing and a hail storm on Jordan 3-14
We made the 2 1/2 hour trip to Jordan today and fished hard and caught around 6-8 keepers and several 9 1/2 inch throw backs by lunch out past Ebenezer Bridge. Went up to crosswinds after lunch and only a few hybrids up there. Came back to the shallows at Ebenezer and the water was 70 degrees and started consistantly catching keepers on minnows and jigs. About 530 it broke and about anything you threw in 3-4 feet of water...they nailed it. We got in some in the 16 inch range. The two of us have around 40 10-16 inch crappie 3 catfish caught on crappie jigs. We threw back several keepers at the end just because we wanted to keep fishing and had all we wanted to clean. Got off the water about 10 minutes before that hail storm hit. The truck is going to need some body work and the boat seems ok. Kind of a dramatic end to a great day of fishing. One of the best 2 hours of crappie fishing I have done in many years today just before dark.

Congrat's on a good day fishing. It is sure an enjoyable experience when they are biting fast like you experienced.
