Just a rules question, with the new GPS equipped trolling motors that can "anchor" you. Are you considered to be anchored if you don't have an anchor and line out, but your not moving?

Good luck to everybody tomorrow. Hope you all catch a lot of fish. Don't think finding the males will be that difficult. Catching 7 big females may be another story but I think somebody will as always. Noticed they are releasing about 4500 cf of water during the day so the lake is falling some but there are areas that get better with the current.
