Where would you put in if you try to avoid Mc dougal ramp , and wanted to fish that area ? marina ? Can you put in at piney grove if not camping ?

Piney grove has two ramps one is open year round the other is in the campground. You could also use cotton springs it's just south of mcdougle.
whats the problem with mcdougle
I have been to mcdougal a couple times no problems....also I dont think that parking somewhere different will stop them if they want something....these ramps are all in a close proximity
We spent 2 days in September 2014 and 4 days in June 2015. The Sept. trip was to check out the campground for tent sites. The June trip was with youngest son and his family. We try to get close to the basketball court on the south end so the granddaughters will have a good area to play. Most of our time was spent with them and not fishing.
Coach they have cameras at the ramps now and we haven't had any problems!
