got on the water Friday 8:00 AM with the wife ready to start trolling the T motor came loose had to go to truck get a screw gun to fix it got 2 screws in and the battery went out just enough to hold for the rest of the day . tried pushing minnows tried shooting some docks only caught 5 keeper fish . another boat had boated 25 long lining .3:00 pm i went to camper set up for all long lining went back Sat. long lined from one end of cedar creek to the other tried in the mouth in the river channel caught 1 fish . 15 boats in the mouth and no one had caught more that 5 fish that i talked to . just a bad weekend for me i guess ,talked to some of the one that fished the river and nothing to mount to anything ,depth finder showed fish in the channel but would not bite . will be back soon / Oh the water temps was in the upper 50`s stained .

Blackshear can be tough at times...we was going to go Friday, but the forecasted winds changed our minds and we went to Sinclair instead. Might try to get down there Thursday or Friday.
