Size:  126.0 KB It was caught by a guy fishing with a friend of mine. Was caught on keowee and the biologist said it was a white bass. Weighed 3 lb 8 oz

    the fish on face book looked like this one if this is a white perch the one I saw
    on f/b is w/p also but this is not the guy on f/b

    I was sent a page from == fishing on lake Hartwell==and the pic of the perch was on it

    don't know how to put the pic on C.C I was just wondering if anyone else had seen it or if it was some trick picture taking

    Pig for sure who ever got it can be proud. Wylie has a few big perch maybe we'll get one on record here again.

    Kinda looks more like a white bass to me. But I am old and blind. Aint seen one since the last time I saw one. But just sayin.....

    Oldfish
    There are subtle differences in the white perch,( whiteicus perchivus) and the white bass( whiteicus thugivus).
    I could go into minute detail but I think it would be lost on the local rubes that frequent this site.
