Thread: Surf and Turf II

Hit the water Saturday for awhile. The bite was good. Probably had twenty five. We kept our ten biggest fish over ten inches. Made room in the freezer for them Sunday by wrapping some fillets in bacon and a jalapeno slice then threw them on the grill with some ribeyes. Just before taking everything off , mop some sweet baby rays over the fillets. This stuff is so good if you put a plate full of it on top of your head your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it.
