Default Lake Blackshear Sat. February 27

We started just after daylight and from the time the first rod hit the water we were on fish. Fished in 12 to 14 ft of water on the flats off of the channel ledges pulling single 1/16 with number 5 split shots. Only kept fish that were ten inches or better before lunch and started keeping 11 inches or better after lunch. Color was anything dark and bright colored heads was the ticket.Name: IMG_20160227_183437407.jpg

Nice fish and great trip. They are laid out in battle formation. LOL.

Here is a few Pics from Monday at Blackshear.......bite was best for us during lunch. Good day despite the wind. We were trolling in 12-14 foot of water using 1/16 and #5 lead. Best color for us was Tex's Popsicle
