    Default Bundick's lake 2/27/16

The bite was slow but they bit often enough to keep us on the lake.. Wind was calm basically all day, picked up a little a few times but never had any waves in the lake bigger then a couple inches.. Fished in a variety of depths from 7 ft to 20 ft.. fishing right on the bottom in the shallower area's and 15 feet deep in the the areas from 15-20ft deep. Best color by far was blue/white, then black/chartreuse, then red/chartreuse.. We kept 51 9 inches or longer and released 50-60 shorter fish.

Caught so many on this jig that my red sickle hook was not longer red, only the eye of the hook stayed red.

You can't fish with a hung line!

That's ALOT better than we did Johnny! Looks like I will be heading back to bundicks soon! I'll give you a call during the week. BTW, the best color jig that I caught on at Toledo was the black and chrt. jigs that you had given me! I will have to give Mid South a call this week.
