    Default Muddy water tips

I fish an oxbow that receives flood water at 44' Vicksburg river gage. The river is out of the lake now but the water is really muddy. This is the first time I have ever seen this lake muddy, most of the time it's so clear that it's hard to fish. So does anyone have any tricks fishing muddy water?

    Thanks,

Hang a big ole minner on a hook and rock!!!! If jigging go to a big dark profile bait, at least that's what I do.

Big 2 in tube, black and chartreuse, black and pink, orange and chartreuse and tip it with Ree's big minnow. Find the warmest shallow water you can and fish close to cover real slow.
