    One of the guys that showed us where to fish for them at had one that went about 3 lbs! I got excited when I realized they were Kentuckys! I have caught a few in the lake but none over about 10 inches.

    Use to fish for spotted bass a lot on the north end of the Calcasieu, Ten Mile Creek, Six Mile Creek, and Bundicks creek. Caught a bunch, but only a few over 2 pounds. A great little fish, and always seem to be fat as pigs.
